A Trek through the French and Swiss Alps 2000

Fifth Day - After a long "down-hill" day we arrived in Champex Lac.  We stopped for refreshments
at this hotel/tea room because it looked very active.  Then a tour bus across the street honked
its horn and the place emptied. Shades of things to come.  The average of the people on the tour bus
(which was from Germany) was probably 75.  But...it probably beats driving...
