At lunch on Monday, from 1 until 4 we kept this little restaurant, named Fontaines in the town of Uzes near Pont du Gard, busy and loud.  Highlight of the lunch was the company, the fish soup, superb creme brule (according to David Gleason) and the Rabbbit.  The restaurant probably had room for only 30 people, and was just outstanding.  As you can see, we had to eat the entire meal at the feet of a barefooted Moroccan.
